We keep the chair count low on purpose. Fewer clients at a time means nobody is left sitting with colour on while their stylist runs to another head. Every service starts with a short consultation — what you want, what your hair or skin will actually do, and what it takes to keep it up at home. If we think something will not suit you, we will say so before we start, not after. We use professional, cruelty-free product lines throughout, and we patch-test all colour and chemical services 48 hours ahead.
